Questions pharmacy owners ask first

Does PharmaLineAI give clinical advice?

No. The agent is positioned for routine operational queries such as prescription status, opening times, directions and booking services. Clinical advice and sensitive questions are routed to a human pharmacy team.

How is patient identity checked?

Before prescription-specific detail is exposed, the caller must pass the configured identity gate: surname, date of birth and postcode at minimum. If the check fails, no patient detail is returned.

Can it book vaccinations?

Yes. Pharmacies can configure services such as vaccinations or reviews, then create bookings with email or SMS confirmations where the pharmacy and patient details allow it.

Is it ready for a live pharmacy pilot?

The dashboard, tenant model, patient and prescription workflows, service bookings, agent API and identity gate are implemented locally. Live pilot use still needs telephony integration, processor review, deployment, legal review and operational sign-off.
