These terms are a working template and are not legal advice. They should be reviewed by a qualified professional before commercial or live-patient use.
1. The service
PharmaLineAI provides AI-assisted call handling and pharmacy workflow software. It is intended for routine operational queries, service bookings, identity-gated prescription-status readback and human handoff.
2. Clinical boundary
The service is not a clinical-advice, diagnostic or emergency service. Pharmacies must configure and operate human escalation routes for clinical advice, urgent matters, stock checks, account issues and any uncertain or sensitive call.
3. Accounts and authorised users
You are responsible for authorised user access, pharmacy team permissions, API keys, phone-line routing and all activity performed through your organisation account.
4. Data and lawful use
You retain responsibility for the pharmacy, patient, prescription, booking and call data entered into the service. You must have an appropriate lawful basis and provide any required notices before using the platform with live patient data.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service to provide automated clinical advice or emergency triage.
- Bypass identity checks or intentionally expose patient-specific detail to an unverified caller.
- Attempt to access another organisation's data or interfere with the service.
- Use the service for unlawful, misleading or unsafe communications.
6. Pilot and availability
Pilot features may change as the product, telephony integration and governance model mature. We aim to keep the service available, but no software or telephony service can be guaranteed uninterrupted.
7. Fees
Pricing, plan scope and any telephony, SMS, hosting or integration fees should be agreed in writing before live use. Indicative public pricing may change before commercial rollout.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PharmaLineAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law
These draft terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
